After-Sales Service Qualification Certificate

For products that require a Warranty Certificate, the Ministry of Commerce first requests the establishment of an authorized service network by determining the number and standard of service according to the type of product, and then approves these services by issuing an After-Sales Service Adequacy Certificate.

The duration of the after-sales service qualification certificate is 2 years, and the duration of the contracts made at authorized services is 1 year.
