Warranty Certificate
Warranty Certificate, manufacturer, manufacturer or importer, issued for the goods they sell, produce and / or import, and the defects that may occur during the warranty period of the goods for at least two years or within the unit of measure determined due to its feature, free of charge, repair, cost. It is the document that shows the commitment of the refund or reduction of the price and the obligations of the seller and the consumer.
Manufacturers and importers are obliged to issue documents according to the warranty document format published by the Ministry of Commerce for the unused goods in the list attached to the Regulation, which they produce or import for consumers.
In order to be able to issue a Warranty Certificate, an After-Sales Services Qualification Certificate must be obtained by making a contract with the authorized service in the number and standard determined by the Ministry. For some goods, a Warranty Certificate can be obtained directly without the need for a service contract and After-Sales Services Qualification Certificate. (Sunglasses, eyeglass frames, hard drives, speakers, etc.)
